This class is designed around the Kodaly Concept. Children of ages 7 to 12 participate in this class. It typically runs every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.​

The class goals are:

• Learning how to sing with proper techniques

• Able to recognise notes and rhythms

• The basics of the Solfège and Handsign 

• Able produce a simple composition

• Able to sing in canon or 2 parts composition

• and more!

 

Kids from the Joyful Music Class will join the Bees Choir, or take up an instrument when they are of age.
